Try everything free for 14 days. Because of that, purchases are final.

Winstrix does not offer refunds. Every feature is available, with no limitations, during a 14-day free trial — so you can confirm Winstrix works the way you want on your own Mac before you pay anything. Once you purchase a license, the sale is final.
Try before you buy
The free trial is the heart of this policy. It is the full app, not a limited demo: the taskbar, Start menu, Alt+Tab, keyboard remapping, snapping, and every other feature run exactly as they will after purchase. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to make sure Winstrix is right for you — that way there's no need for a refund in the first place.
Before you buy
If you have any questions about whether Winstrix will work for your setup — your Mac model, macOS version, or a specific workflow — please reach out at support@winstrix.app before purchasing. We're glad to help you decide during the trial.
If something isn't working
If you've purchased and Winstrix isn't functioning correctly, that's a support issue, not a refund one — and we want to fix it. Email support@winstrix.app with a description of the problem, your Mac model, and your macOS version, and we'll work with you to resolve it.
How purchases are handled
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy's own terms and any applicable payment-network rules also apply to your purchase. This no-refund policy is also set out in our Terms of Use (Section 6) and End User License Agreement (Section 15).
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where the law grants you a mandatory right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right still applies, and such requests are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy.
